Karen-Good times!
Greetings from Japan! Today was the second day of VBS. The kids are effervescent and busy. Processing each day's activity is ongoing as there are so many new experiences. We're working hard- it's really hot and humid. On the upside, my skin is dewy and soft! Seriously, though, the Lord is good and faithful. He's provided energy and has helped me traipse around Tokyo with my sore hip. It's about 9:45 pm and we're all tired and getting a little punchy while planning for tomorrow's activities. Just thought you'd like to see our very exact way of measuring ribbon for tomorrow's craft. Ev said it's a foolproof way for measuring a yard. And, it works!! Thank you for you're prayers. I feel them.

O' Lord, You are Jehovah Rapha, the LORD who Heals! place Your healing hand upon karen, and let Your healing power flow into her hip, bringing warmth and remove the pain in the name of Jesus, for by His shed blood we are healed. AMEN! give her strength and energy to do her work. give her peace, joy and exuberance as she ministers using her teaching gifts! cover the entire team with your protection so that they may be fully present, in mind, body, soul and spirit! You, Jesus, are to be praised! Lift up Your name in their gathering places, train stations, up and down the roads they walk. You inhabit the praises of Your people, so do so as they speak blessings, praise and thanksgiving to You! YOU are the one doing the work of transformation and so take care of your people as they join You. More of You in them, Lord! Empower and deploy. Praise Your name, Lord Jesus! amen and amen.
